There are several possibilities for joining Red Star Consulting.
You can join us as Trainee, as Associated Expert / Consultant or as Employee.
Trainee position is, first of all, for those who join Red Star Consulting after graduating university with a bachelor or master degree (technology, economics & finance, marketing, sociology). Trainee in Red Star Consulting can be your first step to achieving your full potential. We invest in your development by giving you opportunity to work in our teams with real cases and demanding clients from various countries. Fluent English, Russian and, preferably, one more language is a prerequisite for this position.
Associated Expert / Consultant is a person who possesses considerable industry expertise and consulting experiences. We encourage people and potential business founders with excellent contact networks, records of success, new business ideas to contact us. You can be sure that there is no single standard, against which we will evaluate our potential Associated Experts.
As Associated Expert / Consultant you will join our team on project-to-project basis. It means that you can continue to work at your primary work location, while getting access to our corporate project management systems and market communication tools (business card, e-mail address, etc.). We expect that our Associated Experts may later join us as our Employees.
Very senior and respectable managers may be invited to join Red Star Consulting as Partners. If you would like to inquire about joining us at such level, please directly contact either Alexander Dementjev or Vasily Larionov.
The third option is an Employee position. We are always searching for the best resources, who want to contribute in various areas of our business, such as:
Consulting (from strategic planning to day-to-day operations)
Technology (technology / products sourcing & evaluation; production supervision & supply expediting)
Corporate functions (marketing & sales, office administration, HR, finance)
 Compulsory qualifications for our Employees:
- Extensive work experience from industry, consulting, public services
- High competence, theoretical / practical expertise
- Advanced technical and/or business degree (MSc, MBA)
- Ambitious, creative, decisive, energetic, effective
- Speak minimum two foreign languages
